Who we are
Remburse is a service of GMVE Werk B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 42062414. GMVE Werk B.V. is the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect
- Eligibility check details. What you tell us about what happened — for example a route, a travel date, an airline, a purchase or a description of the problem.
- Your email address. So we can send you the result of your eligibility check, or notify you about early access.
- Basic technical information. Standard request data such as IP address and user agent, processed by our hosting provider to serve and secure the site.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or bank information anywhere on this website.
Why we use it
- To check whether you may be eligible to claim, and to tell you the result.
- To contact you about the claim you asked us to look at.
- To let you know when Remburse becomes available, if you asked us to.
- To keep the website secure and working correctly.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as our hosting provider and, where configured, the provider that delivers our email or stores form submissions. Where a claim proceeds, information you have approved may be shared with the party the claim is made against.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or claim, and no longer than required by law. Specific retention periods will be published here before launch.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent you previously gave. Email info@remburse.com and we will respond within the period required by law. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics or marketing tools are added later, this section and a cookie notice will be updated before they are switched on.
