These terms apply when you use the Remburse website and the eligibility check offered on it. By using the site you agree to them.
Who you are contracting with
Remburse is a service of GMVE Werk B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 42062414. References to “we” and “us” in these terms mean that company.
What Remburse is
Remburse is a technology service that helps consumers understand whether they may be entitled to a refund, reimbursement or compensation, and helps them pursue eligible claims.
Remburse is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Eligibility and compensation depend on the circumstances of each claim and the rules that apply to it.
No guaranteed outcome
An eligibility check is an assessment based on the information you give us and the rules we understand to apply. It is not a decision, a promise of payment, or a guarantee that any claim will succeed. Any figure shown to you — on this site or in a result we send you — is an estimate of what you may be entitled to, not an amount you are certain to receive.
Information you give us
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to an incorrect eligibility assessment or cause a claim to be rejected. You confirm that you are entitled to submit the claim you ask us to look at.
Fees
Checking your eligibility is free. If we introduce a fee for handling successful claims, the price will be shown to you clearly before you choose to continue, and you will never be charged for something you have not agreed to.
Your control
Nothing is submitted on your behalf without your approval. You can stop at any point before a claim is submitted, and choosing not to continue costs you nothing.
Availability
Remburse is under active development. Features described on this website — including AI assistant and connector integrations, and claim categories marked as in development — may change, may be delayed, or may not be released. We make no commitment that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit claims you know to be false or fraudulent.
- Do not use the service on behalf of someone else without their authority.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Remburse is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the eligibility check. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Questions go to info@remburse.com.
